Bbq Thermometer What Do You Look For When Buying A Barbeque?

What do you look for when buying a barbeque? - bbq thermometer

Looking to buy a new grill. I'm trying to get propane, because I heard that there is less carcinogenic and then to the use of coal. Should I pay more for things like a hot side / hotter? Or a thermometer?

Propane is going well, and the taste of food is almost the same as the glow. I think BBQ'ing is an art form, and is intuitive. Do not miss the heating / warm or the thermometer. It only means that you can not think for themselves and they can not plan well. If absolute, that is replaced when the guy with the extra tray with lid rises. He keeps hot things without having to cook em long as they em on the grill.
Note that the cavemen cooked over charcoal for thousands of years. I think the story you've heard the propane was put there by people marketing propane grill. Remember, life is best when kept simple. Keep your grill easy.
