AT what bodyfat percentage SHOULD u have when BUILDING muscle ? - what is a good percentage of muscle

Thus, in 16 male and 17% body fat is a good share of the gym is hard to take to build lean muscle? I had 13% body fat before the start of the exercise bcoz it seems that you do not eat "have more calories building muscle (which were new) recently.

If my place was in the percentage of normal body fat? I see tons of bulky guys are doing hard-core training and I can not tell if you fat or muscles in your body, but have views o_O fat!

Body fat is not really the dude you need protein (white meat, fish, chicken without skin) and amino acid (eggs, etc.), the burning of fat.
