freak accident broke a valve in my bathroom the first thing I did was to close the main water valve inside the house. then set the toilet was shut off valve and turn on the faucet in the house and ran a few seconds and that's all. Then I went to the main valve in the street to make sure that it was open. was open, as everyone in the house. still no running water. Please help.
